About the Journal

JIPOR (Jurnal Iptek Olahraga dan Rekreasi) is a scientific periodical publication (ISSN print: 2597-4343 and online e-ISSN: 2829-5595) that presents the latest information in the field of Sports and Recreation Science and Technology through articles based on either field research or literature review. Through its publications, JIPOR aims to disseminate information and advance scientific knowledge, particularly in the field of Sports and Recreation Science and Technology. Utilizing the Open Journal System (OJS), JIPOR is widely accessible, allowing researchers to submit their research findings in article format by following the submission guidelines provided.

Focus and Scope of the Journal

JIPOR publishes scientific articles, either research-based or literature-based, with the following focus and scope:

  1. 1. Sports Science and Technology

  2. 2. Physical Education and Health

  3. 3. Recreation

However, JIPOR also considers articles that may not directly relate to the above focus areas as long as they remain relevant to the broader field of Sports and Recreation Science and Technology.

Publication Frequency

JIPOR is published twice a year, in April and October. Authors submitting their articles for publication are advised to pay attention to the submission timeline to ensure timely publication.
