Article Processing Charge (APC)
To support global scholarship and reduce financial barriers for researchers, the journal does not currently apply an Article Processing Charge. Authors can submit and publish their accepted manuscripts free of charge until further notice.
Standard Fee Structure
As an open-access journal, we rely on processing fees to sustain editorial operations, technical infrastructure, and worldwide dissemination. When active, our standard pricing model is structured as follows:

We do not offer accelerated or "fast-track" review requests for an additional fee. Because the journal utilizes a continuous publication model, articles are processed efficiently and published online immediately upon final acceptance, ensuring a naturally rapid timeline for all authors.
Editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly merit, validity, and relevance of the manuscript. The current waiver and any future standard fees have zero influence on peer-review outcomes or acceptance timelines.
