Budget transparency is positioned as an important component in creating accountable, efficient governance that is free from malpractice. In the practice of local financial management, the provision of open budget information not only allows the public to access the process of planning, implementation, and reporting of the budget, but also helps improve the accuracy of recording and the quality of financial report presentation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method through a case study of local governments that have received an unqualified opinion. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations on information disclosure, and reviews of regional budget documents and financial reports, then verified through triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that budget transparency has a clear influence on strengthening accountability, increasing the effectiveness of internal control, and maintaining data consistency between regional organizations. Regions that implement information disclosure on an ongoing basis tend to have more organized financial reporting systems, lower material errors, and higher levels of trust from auditors in assessing compliance with Government Accounting Standards. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA, the study reviewed 298 articles retrieved from Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Sinta databases. Following a rigorous inclusion–exclusion screening process, 13 relevant studies were identified and analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that the implementation of BMC has transformed the direction of mathematics education research from merely theoretical development toward practical and sustainable innovation. The nine-block structure of BMC assists researchers in designing value propositions, identifying user segments, and developing sustainability strategies in the creation of research-based media, learning modules, and educational technology (edutech) products. Moreover, integrating BMC fosters scientific entrepreneurship among lecturers and students, bridging academic research with the demands of the digital education market. Theoretically, this review broadens the role of mathematics education as a transdisciplinary field that integrates pedagogical, technological, and economic dimensions. Practically, BMC can be incorporated into university curricula—particularly in courses on Learning Innovation and Educational Entrepreneurship—to cultivate creativity and strategic thinking among pre-service teachers. The study recommends that each development-oriented research project in mathematics education include a BMC-based business model to ensure sustainability and to encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration among education, technology, and economics. This indicates that most students have achieved the specified KKM.
Alfajri Sarkandi, Darling Surya Alnursa ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.isdikkieraha.ac.id/index.php/jupek/article/view/1198 Sat, 20 Dec 2025 16:26:44 +0700 BUYING AND SELLING AVOCADOES IN WHOLESALE FRUIT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ISLAMIC LEGAL SOCIOLOGY (CASE STUDY OF JORONG LADANG LUNGGUAK BATU NAGARI PAKAN SINAYAN, BANUHAMPU DISTRICT, AGAM REGENCY) https://jurnal.isdikkieraha.ac.id/index.php/jupek/article/view/1225
This study aims to analyze the practice of wholesale avocado trading in Jorong Ladang Lungguak Batu, Nagari Pakan Sinayan, Banuhampu District, Agam Regency, from the perspective of Islamic legal sociology. This research employs a qualitative field method using interviews and observations involving avocado tree owners and buyers (pakang). The findings reveal that the wholesale avocado trading practice is conducted orally without written agreements and relies heavily on mutual trust between sellers and buyers. Buyers tend to have greater dominance in determining prices and harvest times, while tree owners hold weaker bargaining positions. From the perspective of Islamic legal sociology, this practice is considered ‘urf (custom) that remains valid as long as it does not lead to injustice; however, in practice, it still contains elements of gharar (uncertainty) and potential socio-economic imbalance. The implication of this study highlights the need to enhance community understanding of Islamic economic law to ensure transactions are carried out based on the principles of justice, consent, and transparency in accordance with Islamic values.
Latifah Tajri, Sofia Ridha ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.isdikkieraha.ac.id/index.php/jupek/article/view/1225 Sat, 27 Dec 2025 19:05:56 +0700 THE IMPACT OF NICKEL MINING ON THE ENVIRONMENT IN HALMAHERA TENGAH REGENCY https://jurnal.isdikkieraha.ac.id/index.php/jupek/article/view/1238
Nickel mining is considered a crucial activity in the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy in the transportation sector. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Deep Learning model in improving the economic literacy of students at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Ternate. A quasi-experimental method was employed using a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two classes: the experimental class, which applied the Deep Learning-based learning model, and the control class, which used conventional teaching methods. Data collection instruments included an economic literacy test and an observation sheet on learning activities. The results indicated a significant improvement in the economic literacy scores of students in the experimental class compared to the control group. Furthermore, students’ learning engagement increased, marked by active participation in analyzing real-life economic issues. The study concludes that implementing the Deep Learning model effectively enhances students’ economic literacy through critical, reflective, and contextual thinking processes. These findings recommend integrating the Deep Learning model into economics instruction to foster deeper and more applicable understanding among students.
Nadila Rumbou, Ode Zulaeha, Arfika Jawa ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.isdikkieraha.ac.id/index.php/jupek/article/view/966 Sat, 27 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 TEACHERS' UNDERSTANDING OF IN-DEPTH LEARNING AT STATE MIDDLE SCHOOL 5 TOLONUO https://jurnal.isdikkieraha.ac.id/index.php/jupek/article/view/1249
This study aims to describe the implementation of the concept of deep learning at SMP Negeri 5 Satu Atap Tolonuo based on the perceptions and direct experiences of teachers. The method used was qualitative interviews with six teachers from various subjects. The results of the study show that teachers have understood the essence of deep learning as student-centered learning, emphasizing conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and application in real-life contexts. The implementation was carried out through the design of contextual lesson plans, the use of discussion and problem-based learning methods, and authentic assessments such as projects and portfolios. The main obstacles encountered include limited facilities, diversity in student abilities, and time constraints.
