The results obtained from this study The use of Canva media can improve student learning activities, seen from the average student learning activity in Cycle I of 63.25% and in cycle II of 77%, experiencing an average increase of 13.75%, with a Good predicate. Therefore, the use of Canva media can improve the learning outcomes of science subjects in grade V of SD Negeri 8 Ternate City, this is evidenced by the percentage of test results in cycle I and cycle II obtained based on written tests on students in the form of essay questions totaling 10 questions. However, practice in the field shows that learning still uses lecture methods and teaching materials that are less contextual, thus inhibiting students' understanding and active involvement (Astuti & Rahmawati, 2017). To overcome this, this study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of handouts as an alternative learning resource that can increase students' involvement and understanding of the company's business transaction analysis material. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The handout was developed based on the needs of Phase F students and contains contextual elements such as real transaction examples, account visualizations, and structured practice questions designed to improve analytical thinking skills. The results of expert validation show that this handout is very feasible to use in learning, with a feasibility score above 80%. Limited trials on grade XI students showed an increase in understanding of concepts and transaction analysis skills, as evidenced by the significant difference in pretest and posttest results (Nisfu Syabana & Susilowibowo, 2022). The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation in an elementary school that has implemented a systematic character education program. The results of the study indicate that character education, which includes values such as empathy, tolerance, and social responsibility, has succeeded in reducing bullying behavior in schools. In addition, the implementation of this program also strengthens social relationships between students and forms a more inclusive school climate. The implications of this study are the importance of integrating character education into school policies and the need for parental and community involvement in supporting bullying prevention efforts. This study examines how social media affects students' learning behavior and mental health. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. The data for this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were 40 students at SD Inpres 1 North Halmahera. Meanwhile, the research data collected were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that students aged 9 to 12 years, especially grades 4, 5, and 6, had a significant tendency to use social media every day, with grade 6 recording the largest number of users. There is a clear gender difference where female students are more active in using social media than male students. The most frequently used platforms are Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok. WhatsApp serves as the main tool for communication and academic discussion. Although social media provides several benefits such as access to learning materials, excessive use can interfere with students' learning focus. Many students spend more time socializing on social media than completing academic assignments which has the potential to reduce students' academic achievement. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were teachers and 32 fifth grade students. The data collection method in this study used observation, testing, documentation and interview methods. Data analysis techniques in this study include: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that student learning activities have increased from before the implementation of the action to the implementation of cycle II, the second meeting from 7 students (22%) to 30 students (94%) who expressed their opinions. From 7 students (22%) to 26 students (81%) who actively asked questions. From 9 students (28%) to 28 students (87%) who actively discussed. From 9 students (28%) to 26 students (81%) who listened to the explanation. From 11 students (34%) to 28 students (87%) who answered questions. Meanwhile, in terms of student learning outcomes, the learning outcomes before the action was carried out were 8 students (25%) until the second meeting of cycle II became 29 students (91%). This study with a quantitative approach uses data analyzed through regression tests. The results of the study indicate that inclusive education has a significant and positive influence on the social sensitivity skills of students with special needs, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). In addition, teacher motivation is also proven to have a significant and positive influence on the social sensitivity skills of students with special needs, with a significance value of 0.004 (<0.05). Simultaneously, inclusive education and teacher motivation together provide a significant and positive influence on the social sensitivity skills of students with special needs, with a significance value of 0.030 (<0.05). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai karakter telah diintegrasikan ke dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan diimplementasikan melalui strategi pembelajaran kolaboratif serta kegiatan pembiasaan dalam kehidupan sekolah sehari-hari. Improvement of student learning through the CIRC Type Cooperative Learning Model in geography learning for class X of SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Selatan. There is an increase in student learning outcomes by applying the CIRC method. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR), using a qualitative research approach. Based on the results of the discussion in cycle I, it shows that on average students have not been able to solve problems on the lithosphere material, with the application of the pair exchange learning model (cooperative learning) as many as 4 students or 12.90% of students are in the sufficient category while 6 or 19.36% are in the less category and 21 or 67.75% are in the very less category. So it can be seen that the learning outcomes of students in Class X SMA Negeri 34 Halmahera Selatan are still very lacking. Meanwhile, in Cycle II there has been an increase, namely 5 students or 16.12% got the very good category, 8 students or 25.8% got the good category, 14 students or 45.16% got the sufficient category, and 4 students or 12.90% got the less category. It explored the perceptions and experiences of students after completing the entrepreneurship course. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 students from the 2023/2024 academic year who had completed the entrepreneurship course in their second semester. The results of the study indicate that the entrepreneurship course had a positive impact on students. These positive effects included increased self-confidence, the emergence of innovative ideas, enhancement of soft skills such as leadership and teamwork, and a shift in mindset regarding the midwife profession as potential entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine the effects of the pandemic on poverty by focusing on two main aspects: changes in household consumption and the loss of livelihoods. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews with local MSME actors and residents. The findings indicate that many small business owners suffered significant income losses, while the general population shifted their spending priorities toward basic necessities. In response, MSME actors sought to adapt by utilizing digital platforms and exploring alternative income sources. Despite government assistance efforts, the support was deemed insufficient for long-term needs. This type of research is a pre-experiment using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The design used consists of three stages, namely pretest, posttest, and treatment for six meetings. In this study, there are two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 38 students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 52 SATAP HAL-SEL in the 2025/2026 academic year who were determined by direct appointment techniques. The instrument used was a critical thinking skills test that met valid criteria of 25 questions, where the results of this study showed that in the pretest, students' critical thinking skills averaged 10.10 and the posttest average score was 16.25. With a normalized N-gain test of 0.45 or in the moderate category. In an effort to mitigate disaster risk, disaster education in schools is one of the most important preventive strategies. This study aims to determine the application of the role-playing learning model to improve students' knowledge of preparedness in facing the eruption of Mount Gamalama. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with the research subjects being grade XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in students' knowledge of preparedness after the application of the role-playing learning model. In cycle I, the percentage of students who achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) was 32%. After improving learning in cycle II, the percentage of completion increased to 92%. Writing still seems like a mechanistic activity, not an activity that involves high critical and reflective thinking. This study aims to reveal students' metacognitive strategies in writing news texts. The problems studied are metacognitive strategies and the ability to apply metacognitive strategies. The study was conducted on students of class VIII of SMP IT Insan Kamil Halmahera Selatan qualitatively descriptively and exploratively with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the metacognitive strategies, namely planning, monitoring, and evaluation obtained an average score of 4.15, classified as "High" based on student responses. This finding indicates that in general students have used metacognitive strategies in writing news texts quite well. Meanwhile, the ability of metacognitive strategies in writing news texts in the aspect of structure has an average score of 3.2 (good), news elements 2.8 (sufficient), language 3.0 (good), and the aspect of creativity has an average score of 2.8 (sufficient). In conclusion, students' metacognitive strategies in writing news texts are in the good category. The rapidly growing franchise concept demands ethical consistency in its operations, especially in the fast food sector that is in direct contact with consumers. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how the principles of business ethics, especially the aspects of honesty, transparency, responsibility, and fairness, are applied in daily service practices. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with supervisors, employees, and customers, as well as participant observation and documentation studies of the company's SOP. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study indicate that Labbaik Chicken, Kampung Bali Branch has attempted to implement business ethics through SOPs and employee awareness. However, inconsistencies were found in the delivery of less transparent promotional information and a complaint handling mechanism that was not yet systematic. PLN (Persero) in the Papua region. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression to determine the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant effect of operating costs on income. This can be seen from the value of ttable> tcount (3.018> 2.015) with a significance of 0.048 <0.05. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between operating costs and income. This means that the higher the operating costs incurred by PT. PLN Persero in the Papua region will increase income, conversely the lower the operating costs incurred will decrease income at PT. PLN Persero Jayapyra Branch. Losses between have a positive and significant effect on income depreciation. This can be seen from ttable> tcount (4.807> 2.015) with a significance of 0.041 <0.05. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between depreciation and income. This means that the higher the loss felt by PT. PLN Persero Papua region, the lower the income will be, conversely, the lower the depreciation owned by PT. Local knowledge that is passed down from generation to generation can be utilized to create sustainable food security while opening up new business opportunities. However, the role of the community has not been optimal due to various obstacles such as degradation of agricultural land due to mining activities, dependence on food from outside the region, and weak institutional and policy support. In addition, access to training, technology, and markets is still limited, and there has been a decline in the regeneration of local knowledge.
